It’s easy work. This is a great place to coast because expectations are so low.

Cons

The pay is terrible and merit increases are below inflation, which means they can’t attract or retain talent. The healthcare benefits are the worst I’ve seen from a company of this size. Forget your title. At DTN you’re a developer working on a scrum assembly line. You’ll constantly be told you’re not working fast enough. During scrum reviews the PM will yell at and insult your team. An engineering culture that rewards completing Jira tickets over shipping quality products. This place will rob you of all motivation and pride in your work. The people who thrive at DTN are the developer appears to be busy and work more than everyone else.
