Pros

The employees are friendly and very cooperative wanting to get the job done right and quickly. The Burnsville MN location has a great view of the Minnesota river valley!

Cons

Some managers tend to micromanage, but not too bad. Company is now owned by Schneider Electric, but remains rather autonomous regarding job function for most non-senior managers.

Casual work environment you can wear jeans/shorts to the office.

Pros

Benefits package was attractive, very lax vacation policy with flexibility to work from home. Management was focused on results and not micromanagement. Some very smart people at higher levels, which facilitated learning about the industry.

Cons

Company gets bought and sold a lot, DTN division is a bit of a forgotten entity. There is limited opportunity for advancement. Pay is average.
