Great Teamwork for Routeguard

Pros

Health Benefits are good with retirement plan. Great Team with the Routeguard!!Excellent seafarers both in Manila and Netherlands. We knew each other's strengths and weaknesses towards work.

Cons

No career growth and increase per year is almost invisible.Salary-wise, old employees get less but new employees get more(sad truth). Hearing from other departments workloads are too much to the point they cannot do their old task anymore.
