      Pros

      Relative freedom to plan your day and influence in what you do, salary always on time, nice office building in Utrecht.

      Cons

      USA midwest driven senior management, meaning man of higher age with short minded visions. Almost no women on management positions. Very poor HR, no interest in you as a person at all or what you need. Salary slightly below average in Industry. Very poor handeling when you fall ill, only interested in when you come to work again. Never hear or see the CEO.

      Work from Home. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Leadership has changed every year for the last few years. Leadership is constantly bickering and jockeying for power. Product Management has no idea how to be innovative and have not produced anything solid in years. Continue to layoff development without ever look at the product team. No opportunity for growth, no job descriptions. Managers are constantly being reassigned.
