Pros

Benefits package was attractive, very lax vacation policy with flexibility to work from home. Management was focused on results and not micromanagement. Some very smart people at higher levels, which facilitated learning about the industry.

Cons

Company gets bought and sold a lot, DTN division is a bit of a forgotten entity. There is limited opportunity for advancement. Pay is average.

Great company to work for. Great location and I love Omaha.

Cons

Upper management needs to listen to staff more. They need to give out more bonuses and encourage the reps to work harder.
