Pros
- WFH setup - does not overwork their employees (depends on team though) - established infrastructure and DevOps team - if put on a US-based project, US-based colleagues are very competent, helpful, and no politics are involved in actual work
Cons
- rarely gives annual increase. Even if given an increase, it does not catch up with inflation rates - rarely gives STIP (company bonus) - if you're in the Philippines, does not know what to do with Data Engineers - quick to layoff even if you're a regular employee - quick to layoff even if you're needed in ongoing projects. Mismanagement of human resources by the PH HR
