They expect you to do impossible routes in a short amount of time, if one package is late, they keep all of the tips for the previous packages in that route. At orientation I was told that we get a 30 minute break but that was a lie, there are no breaks in the 8 hours that you are working. if you take a rest for just 5 minutes, Dispatch will call you and ask why you stopped. management is a joke Be ready to climb flights of stairs with heavy packages by yourself.

Very unpleasant experience when asking to use the restroom. They were for current employees only. I was told to go outside and walk a city block (Manhattan, NY) to go to a fast food restaurant and use theirs. You're not told the shift hours or who they sub-contract for until after applying. Tedious application process. Be prepared to spend 3 hours going through an app and orientation.
