"Worst Place to Work for Sales and Marketing role"

Cons

It is Worst environment to work in Sales & Marketing team till date i have worked. They lie a lot and give you all fake promise to the employee's No Compensations or Incentives for the sales but promise you that the Incentives would be more than you CTC No growth

Pros

Open office culture, great benefits and perks, ownership, work life balance, high engagement with employees. Lot of learning opportunities; Recognition to your work; Flexible working hours. Good people to work with.

Cons

Job is not so challenging but good as good package and brand name.

Pros

Management pretends to be colleague of Bill Gates and Larry Ellison :) , The actuality can be known only if you interact with them. Internally its a hollow company.

Cons

No work ethics, you can't predict which day will be your last day. Entire project team of 17 people out of total strength of 60 were fired in a single day without any reason. Owner of the company trust handful of greedy and selfish people.
