Pros
No Pros, All are fake . employees have not been given PF since 2016. The management is getting the interest from the PF money. They have not created the PF Account for so many employees. Everyday VP is having fruits, juices and etc etc in his cabin from the interest which they are getting from the PF money. Salary is not on time. they don't give proper documents at the time of leaving. They don't give last month salary and when someone leaves.
Cons
Don't believe on the good comments because those comments are written by the management people. Don't waste you time career by taking the job in this company. The product is very bad it has more bugs than the population of India. only the people who are at good post are getting the Appraisal. Some of them have exchanged their maruti 800 and have got Hundai Creta and Maruti Ciaz.
