Nothing.. If u know how to lick you might survive and get promotion as well.. Like u will be a lead and will be leading ur self.

. Most importantly salary... Once they credited after 5 months... If u don't want Sal then go for it.. Then they never provide ur PF... They are not even able to provide form 16 for tax filling...easily the worst company I ever worked for
