Pros

I have been working from past 3 years in Anvizent. I feel so blessed to a part of this amazing organization. This is one of the best companies that I have worked with in my past experience of 10 years in IT. The company uses the best technologies and I'm also given the opportunity to explore and learn new technologies. Salary and hikes have always been great so far.

Cons

Anvizent(DWP) treats all their employees as one family. So far I have not seen anything that is demotivating.

I cant even dream a single word about this company or people. Even a roadside shop has better planning than these guys. Its okay for a fresher or less than 3 years person to join here. Pay will be less than a pizza hut delivery boy if you have less than 4 years exp.

Cons

Management always looks micro things from middle management. 10 plus exp are getting fired for no reason, HR team is acting as PA to top guys. I feel pity for this dashboard trap, all your senses will be lost if you work more than a year

No words in this section. No one can write a single pro of this organization. Only pro I can mention here is employee unity. They stand together whatever the organization does to their employees.

Cons

Everything ! No salary in time since 2017. No appraisal. Peanut salaries and they expect lot of work. Lot of affairs between management and female staff/HR heard so far. Not a healthy environment to work. School level monitoring. HR acts as gate keepers & security guards to track your in/out time always !!! Also the CEO picture displayed here is a fake one. He is not CEO! God must be knowing who that man is !! That itself says how fake and sick this company is!!!!!!!!!!
