they give you a package that you cant deny

Cons

they wont give you salaries on time. for some months that paid the salary when the month was about to finish. There is not work culture at the company. and when they pay you your salary they will show as if they have done some favor.

Good company for learning. Very much focused on manufacturing. No issues If you are focused towards your job.

Cons

Dont join this company if you are not ok to work after 9 hours of duty since it is new company and you are expected to be there in company after 9 hours.
