Positive thinking that employees will work without pay also
Cons
Hired me for a position for the client but just like the client this company is also a no good place to work for.They didn't pay salary on time, didn't deposit PF on time, didn't pay my taxes yet though deducted from payslips and now after 3 months of release neither doing my final settlement nor answering to my mails. The management lead (whom I need not name and he can understand whom I am referring to) can't do a business analyst job nor talk to employees properly.
