Poor management Short term outlook, little concern beyond this quarter's numbers Selling off assets to pump up quarterly numbers - NOT SUSTAINABLE, and borders on fraud Joining with HP ENT (EDS) only makes a bigger company, with more people to lay off. Word is 20,000 this year. Constant stream of layoffs means there are not enough people to deliver contracted services. It's a death spiral.
