Cons, numerous of cons- No salary hike, No promotion- doesn't matter how hard you work, how good you perform even when you are the top performer they won't bother to give you hike. No growth at all. No supportive Managers or defintely HRs, don't expect supportive environment. overall will never ever reffer or recommend anyone to join this company.
