Better to avoid this company if you want growth in your career
Pros
Only pro is DXC is providing WFH and it is the virtual first company.
Cons
1. Dxc is having majority of projects and work on legacy systems. So, Probably it'll not be helpful for your career growth. 2. If you want recognition on your work, Don't expect in dxc because there's no room for that. 3. You won't get any regular hikes or bonus if you done good work also and you can expect hikes for every 2 or 3years. 4. If you want to be there in dxc prepare to either work for more than 10+ hrs per day or sitting without any work for months. 5. Dxc have the worst management and they won't listen anything from employees. 6. Favouritism and politics are the major things that are there from years in DXC. 7. There is no scope for growth in this company.
