Good People Able to work Remotely

Cons

Senior Management does not care about or appreciate the hard working individuals and the clients they support Hemorrhaging talent, leaving for greener pastures, what they don't lay off they quit. Senior management only cares about the bottom line of their bonuses and their incentive programs Salary stagnation for 6 years, yet CEO collected 19 million in salary & bonus. Senior manager it was reported during the merge they split 90 million in salary & bonuses. Employee attrition with no replacements being hired Workloads increasing beyond 12 hour a day.

We get a paycheck regularly

Cons

Management communication aspires to a poor rating. Leadership doesn't inspire workers to go above and beyond. That has to come from the workers themselves, who are simply not incentivized to go that extra mile by leadership. Uncompetitive pay and benefits further decay workers' motivation.

Pros

The local culture is still great and still trying . Not sure about the larger picture.

Cons

Procurement Process- Clunky, too many approval layers Raises - non existent unless you prove you have another job offer with more money No flexibility in changing current processes- no outlet to change current bad policies (example, employees must fly economy on international travel even if the customer pays for it) Billing- outsourced and S-L-O-W.. once drafts are approved, it takes one to two weeks before invoices are released - also when they are, there are duplications of emails to the client Benefits- for a very large company with buying power, the health benefits are not great Compensation- bonuses to billable employees only, no goal oriented bonuses for administrative staff No front desk position for large U.S. office in NW (first impressions are important) No current business cards available Multi layer travel process ( too many approvals required)
