      Pros

      Good and talented coworkers - however there are fewer of them each week as there is significant attrition for better paying job and companies.

      Cons

      Management is focused solely on cost cutting. Don't plan on seeing any pay increases. Benefits are some of the lowest in the industry and bonuses are meager at best. That of course does not apply to the executives who receive above industry average compensation. Basically DXC stands for "Don't eXpect Compensation "

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation time, lots of PTO, supportive coworkers and immediate leads and supervisors,

      Cons

      NO RAISES OR BONUSES, supervisors have many excuses for denying vacation time, lots of forms and waiting time for corporate to approve requests, new employees getting paid more that current employees, HR is never any help

      Pros

      There are no pros. Not one.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, constant budget cuts. No raises. No bonuses. A lot of corporate functions have been pushed to "low cost jurisdictions", which means anything that needs to get done takes six months, no one takes ownership, no one is able to handle anything more complicated than copying a number from one schedule and paste it onto another schedule, tons of errors and rework. Benefits suck. I'm making significantly more than at my last position, but my take home is less because the company contributes so little towards medical.
