      A rapidly shrinking monolithic tech firm unable or unwilling to adapt to change.

      Pros

      None to mention. The pro's are ones you would find at any other company, so nothing that really differentiates DXC.

      Cons

      The list is lengthy, but here are a few: 1. Micromanagement - ex: a $250 travel request had to make 7 stops across 3 continents to get approved by an executive VP. 2. Short sighted cost control measures - ex: a successful business unit was mandated to move 50% of it's positions offshore. Morale tanked, attrition spiked, every project turned red, AR spiked, customers cancelled. 3. No understanding of what DXC's product really is - it's team members - ex: 80% of the rank and file never receive any pay raises. Team members go 10+ years without even a cost of living adjustment. CEO says if you don't like it find work else where. They say they value the team members, but actions are much louder. The company has built multiple systems to optimize the layoff process - it's a core competency.

      Pros

      none anymore. This company was destroyed by Mike Lawrie. He is gone , but too late.

      Cons

      have laid off thousands of staff over the last 5 years, to make profit margin look better. lost a lot of good talent and knowledge. No raises for 6 years. Morale bad. New CEO talks a good talk, but the damage is done. most old timers hate this place. You would be better off to look at other compamies.

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      A company obsessed with cost and not at all with quality, the only solution they can ever come up with is to offshore more jobs and lay off more critical employees. They lay off senior people with extensive BI and replace them with recent college grads who have no one to mentor them. Benefits have eroded to the point where it would be better to buy your own. The annual review process has been corrupted into a wage suppression tool. No raises on bonuses for anyone but management. No cohesive approach to problem solving or client support.
