Clearly the company has failed its employees, and increasingly is failing its customers. The most mercenary company I've seen. Does not value employees, only market cap, which is also suffering. Short-termism reigns, no strategic vision, no support of employees (no raises, no bonuses, employees cannot get basic expenses such as licensing, misc expenses reimbursed), website does not allow employees to get help. In every meeting I am the most knowledgeable, or nearly the most knowledgeable person in attendance, so mentors do not exist. Middle management is incompetent and senior management is simply more interested in their overall comp than in building a lasting brand. This company is a model for failure.
