Over the last 18 1/2 years I worked with a lot of great American workers, they got the job done with the highest quality, and worked till the job was completed.

Cons

Like all multi-nationals corporations they are always looking to save money on labor, thus the push to offshore labor. My experience with offshore labor is that they are clock watchers, and lack the cultural experience of supporting American companies.
