DXC Technology reviews

Driven dangerously by numbers and short term CEO bonus. Huge risks taken in cutting costs prior to merger and one suspects after merger. Dangerous bias to technology ( infrastructure ) when Amazon and MS (Azure) are dominating. (the clue is in the new name DXC 'Technology')

Management - 5 years ago ,the top management is good.Know the company background and know how to run a business . Then the cost cutting came ,all the top management change to people from india.Not to be racist ,but they the one who bringing the company down .Certain business unit transfered to india ,the work quality gone down and all the other business unit effected. OT & Allowances - DXC ( CSC ) paid their staff below market range but the make it up by providing Allowances & OT ( if needed ).Certain staff depends on the allowances but since the merger ,everything is cut down but the salary is not revised even certain good people there deserved it.
