Excellent Human Assets. The culture we have from HPE is still in place, the employees are such of a wonderful knowledge source.

Cons

The employees are not feeling the company value them, we are losing a lot of talent and knowledge because the people is resigning to the company, There is no more opportunities to for learning or develop your career path. No raise or bonus in a long time, even your performance is more than excellent.

Some flexibility. No micro managing. Not much pros

Cons

No direction, no career growth, lacks communication. No raises or bonuses. Treated as "inventory: rather than an asset. Lots of cuts, that never seem to end, yet management gets mad if you can't repair something quickly.
