      Pros

      Lots of leaning opportunities which is important when you start your carrier. Good work-life balance. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      It is a good place if you start your carrier but this is all. Salaries at the bottom in the industry. Almost impossible to build a carrier within the company. Too much bureaucracy. Useless to develop within- if you move from engineer to Project Manager this is not a promotion, you will pay rate remains the same due to Company policy...

      Archaic systems and processes that hamper success.

      Pros

      Some clever, committed people that are a pleasure to work with. Flexible with regard working from home.

      Cons

      Complex, poorly thought through, patched up internal processes and systems that have no place in a technology company. These constantly get in the way of delivering on client commitments and make everyone's lives hell. Senior management don't want the hear about it and more and more functions get outsourced to India where they are siloed into teams of poorly trained robots. Operational cost cutting gone insane.
