Pros

The company has great potential in its post-merger between HPE and CSC (+2-yrs ago), with large client account base, and tremendous talent pool. Work / life balance can be manageable with flexible schedules and ability to work remote as needed.

Cons

Company hasn't found it voice, culture, or its single, unified "soul" since mergers. Talented employees are not recognized or retained; no merit increase, cost of living adjustments, or bonuses; no promotions; very bureaucratic processes, slow decision making, and unable to swiftly pivot and bring much needed, quick changes to the market in order to deliver to clients.

Benefits are decent. Depending on your team, there is flexibility to work from home.

Cons

DXC made it to the top 20 list by USA for the worst companies to work for. I’m surprised it didn’t make it to #1. CEO and management only care about money. Lay-off is a weekly thing. No salary upgrades or bonuses.

Pros

Really good people with which to work. Some even good to work for. That's about it.

Cons

Upper management lies. Middle management is always in COYA mode. Had zero salary increases (and not just me... everybody I know). Then before that we had a 5% salary decrease. Lots of layoffs with no seeming logic as to who stays or goes. This creates a culture of fear. Almost dread payday Fridays.
