Great place to work. Flexible schedule, monthly bonuses, and constant work which is ever-changing and challenging to keep an employee interested and active.

Cons

Not enough hours in the day to complete activities, therefore your work usually follows you home to complete. Deadlines must be met.

I have enjoyed my first year at DXP. The work environment is great and is the first company I have worked for the compensates their employees for going the extra mile.

Pros

You get good engineering experience and exposure to large projects with major companies.

Cons

Compensation is much lower in comparison to other engineering companies. Bonus structure was unclear. Not much room for growth within the company.
