You stay very busy at work which makes the day go by quickly. There is always something to do.

Cons

Very strict about the policies and procedures. Do not be surprised if your immediate supervisor is younger than you.

Pay is decent. Easy to get to. Holidays off work is a plus.

Cons

Managers have favorites and let them get away with anything. Comes in late and leaves early everyday. Constantly gossiping with csr's about other employees which can be overheard. Not professional at all.

Pros

Excellent company policy & handbook. Great onboard training for P21 only, no product training. Great health insurance benefits. Upper Management is positive and friendly.

Cons

Hiring process is exhausting with stalling and poor communication. If you don't have an actual start date you don't have a job. Employees are not cross trained and do not work as a team. Branch Manager competes with employees for sales quotas and offers no leadership.
