      Pros

      There is a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Management does not effectively communicate with staff, haven’t gotten a review EVER. Managers put down employees to other members of upper management where employees can hear. It’s crystal clear management doesn’t think highly of staff. If your not related to someone that’s higher up you won’t advance.

      Pros

      My role requires me to work with multiple DXP managers all over the US and there isn't a single person I have met that I did not enjoy, and there hasn't been a day of work I did not like. The atmosphere is friendly, collaborative, supportive, and generous. It's not a me, but a we. DXP is a family and you can tell by the way our leaders treat everyone, which in return encourages us to treat our customers right.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect and the reasons of imperfection is different for everyone.
