      Pros

      I enjoy NOT being micro-managed and given opportunities to make decisions every day on my own that help our company succeed. So many long term employees means we have great resources when I need help. Managers try to make work fun with things like casual day & donuts on Fridays, Chili Cook-off competition, Food Drives during Thanksgiving, Toy Drives at Christmas, Team Spirit Wear days and an occasional trip to the Cincinnati Reds game. And oh yeah, that completely unexpected 1 hour early departure on a nice summer day is too cool.

      Cons

      I'm not a big fan of the coffee and I wouldn't mind seeing the carpet replaced sometime in the near future.

      Accounting group in Houston manages all receivables and payables, the departments under this umbrella lack efficient process to service all branches and make the day to day transactions difficult.
