      Great Company. Great Pay. Good life balance. Worked a 2 week on 2 week off rotation.

      Cons

      Being a contractor doesn't allow for benefits. Also, there is no room to move up.

      I love my actual job and driving around seeing different people and going new places and seeing how everything is made.

      Cons

      Inside support Out of date operations practices No "tools" for the job like laptops etc... They expect you to do everything from your cell phone.
