      Good work / life balance; no trouble getting time off for either personal time or for family emergencies. Benefits are decent.

      Pros

      Great benefits and good corporate management. Health benefits were good, and vacation was comparable. Definitely what I would expect from a large company.

      Cons

      The acquisition process was a little bumpy. There could have been more communication for the process. Complaints had to go to the corporate office so it takes a while to get a response.
