Pros
Great family feel to the organization. I was able to meet senior management of organization at onboarding within the first 3 weeks being with company. Managers are easily approachable. Business model is such to make transactions with customers easy. Company has aggressive growth strategy that will continue to provide opportunities for sales professionals. Good benefit package day 1 and health insurance within 30 days.
Cons
Because they acquire companies there seems to be some barriers between divisions of the company. Most divisions stay in their own lane and there doesn't seem to be any teamwork to capitalize on each division's strong points at the branch levels. The Corp office culture seems to be much different than the local level and they are working to change that culture. Would like to see more Grass roots conversations from the local level and the upper management on ways to improve company.
