      The management is great. They understand that family comes first, and give you the tools to suceed

      I am told DXP is one of the lower paying MRO Supply Chain companies in the US. I have been with DXP for 5 years in a Site manager role and my base salary still does not exceed $55k. Also, there are often times manager tells you there's opportunity for growth or they have a path in mind for you and it never materializes.
