      Poor management. Basically no room for financial vertical growth. Company seems to be slowly waning.

      I liked all my co-workers.

      Cons

      They do not give raises. Some co-workers have been there 12+ years without a raise. Also they do not promote from within.Look up other reviews and they all say the same thing.
