      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Good pay depending on your position. Anything and everything is available to sell.**

      Cons

      Little to no training. Corporate and accounting are the ANTI sales departments. Interbranch competition rather than cooperation. Management out of touch with modern world. Management afraid to critique, review, or fire the dead weight. Anything and everything is available to sell.** Why be an expert? I can just throw everything at the wall and see what sticks.

      Pros

      - Great company culture and atmosphere - People are mostly friendly and great to work with - Extensive training is offered (especially during a good market) - Learn and gain a lot of experience and knowledge

      Cons

      - Very low pay with not much of a raise, even during a good market. - Vacation time is ridiculous. Never heard of having to wait 10 years for 3 weeks vacation. If you tell someone that from outside the company they have never heard of that either and think that is ridiculous. Most people have said companies give 4 at 10 years and 5 weeks at 15 years and 3 weeks come A LOT sooner. Most employees at this company complain about this frequently. The company needs to get with the modern times on vacation policy. - benefits and 401K could be better
