Low pay; not competitive in market Poor management (especially senior management) Company is billion dollar company but acts like a small private owned company You won't get ahead here, so save your time trying

No incentive to perform at higher level Absolute joke on evaluation and retention of strong employees Along with no micro-management, the downside is as long as margins remain strong or grow they don't pay attention to the employees who drove these gains The employees who show initiative and drive this business and believe in what they are doing are ignored and eventually leave due to much better opportunities where their true value is recognized and compensated for They will gladly ignore employees feedback and needs as long as margins are met Work there for years and consistently get strongest feedback from multiple customers who constantly reinforced positive opinions and helped drive/grow business yet DXP refuses to do anything to retain valuable employees especially if you are not at corporate office
