Some Job Security. Ok Benefits. Not too much micromanaging. Start your career at DXP and THEN go get a decent paying job with a future!

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the industry...Very poor support services (IT). Very poor incentive program.

-Minimal supervision unless there are issues -Minimal standardization -Job specific training is minimal -Difficult to get decisions on internal questions -Pay/raise/bonus structure is confusing, changes often and not necessarily what was offered initially -No health insurance for the first two months -No vacation for 1 year -Minimal onboarding -Stressful -Minimal support
