Don't come here expecting to get raises just because you've been here a few years. You actually have to put in the work. As in most jobs. If you ask they will abide with giving you a raise. They are not unreasonable people. In my opinion they are extremely fair. I found people there complain they have been there 30 years but haven't gotten a raise in 10. Well they do the bare minimum. Okay well they are gonna pay you the bare minimum. Time at a job and pay increase don't equate one another
