      Pros

      At DXP we have a great accounting team. We are organized and have reasonable deadlines. You can have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Benefits are not that good. The benefits including time off and health insurance are not competitive with other companies in the industry.

      You get good engineering experience and exposure to large projects with major companies.

      Cons

      Compensation is much lower in comparison to other engineering companies. Bonus structure was unclear. Not much room for growth within the company.
