      RUN, DON'T WALK! Unprofessional and poor management rules!

      Flexible work hours. Seems working at what ever schedule you want is ok.

      Cons

      Senior management is very poor and unprofessional. They portray themselves as a big company with lots of opportunty but the fact is they are not professional in their treatment and handling of people. There is a lot of politics inside corporate and a lot of favoritism. Stay away from working at corporate especially if under any senior management.

      Pros

      DXP has given me the opportunity to build a career and life. I have worked there 17 years. I started at the bottom and year after year after year if I keep showing up and doing the right thing and working hard the company keeps giving me more and more opportunities to learn and grow. No company is perfect, no country is for that matter, nor am I as an employee to be honest. However, if you are evaluating this company from the outside, what I can tell you with all my heart is that DXP is fair, fun and full of opportunity if you take it. If you are looking for a free ride or an easy path go somewhere else, but if you want to grow, help others, push yourself and build a successful life come to DXP.

      DXP has grown fast so there are a lot of new people and new unique challenges popping up. Many opportunities.
