Sales based company - everything rises and falls on sales. The company can be very direct about performance and accountability. That type of leadership is not for everyone. Additionally, processes and software are always changing or being added to compensate for the quick growth. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't work out for individuals who do not like change.

Everything. Expect to work long hours for low pay. Workloads are imbalanced and compensation doesn't justify it. There is clear favoritism and sexism in all facets of employment here. The owner and higher ups have been heard insulting people and laughing on many occasions. Lack of professional decorum. The F bomb is used by the owner as frequently as the word "the" around the office. Double standards and impossible to please people you work with. Drama is not only allowed, but maximized on, creating hostile work environment and toxic culture. Bring a problem to HR, get ignored or told to just suck it up. Inequitable (frankly, illegal) practices for pay - equal pay for equal work does not exist at this company. Mandatory weekly "leadership" meetings.
