Pros
Overall good company; just depends on your team and supervisors/managers. REMOTE; but in-office once a month
Cons
There is inconsistency in management styles across teams. Some supervisors are supportive, provide constructive feedback, and value both productivity and quality. Others, however, tend to prioritize quantity over quality, which can be disheartening—especially when employees who produce subpar work are consistently praised. Due to the limited number of account audits (around 10 per month), it's easy for issues to go unnoticed unless regularly reported to management, which I chose not to do beyond a single, non-specific mention. Following that, my own QA audits were increased to every two weeks, then weekly—despite consistently high scores (mostly 100%, with one at 95%). I was maintaining both quality and productivity, which made the situation particularly frustrating.
