Pros
Really take the "FUN" core value seriously. Corporate leadership seems very sincere. Thriving company with a great future. Many ways to rise through the ranks.
Cons
Can be political; management can be more taken by how someone looks than how they are. Managers like to tell people "no". People tend to be promoted because they were good at their previous job - not because they are good leaders. People tend to hoard information and not collaborate - making it hard to innovation or create something new. Slackers can thrive here while making work harder for everyone else.
