      IT management does not uphold the values and culture of the company.

      Pros

      Forward-thinking leadership team (except for IT). Great people to work with except for IT management. Generous budget for IT. New CIO should make a big difference.

      Cons

      IT management not clear about their overall mission, leading to confusion and wasted resources. Management takes credit for victories, points fingers for problems.

      Pros

      Company is expanding quite quickly... uses the whole we're a village not a business concept to make the company feel smaller tighter as a family..

      Cons

      a lot of changes all the time..if you're not one of the rah rah people you get squashed. Being positive outweighs actually working hard. Managers become buddies with some and a boss to others. Makes for a confusing time at work not knowing where you stand.

      Pros

      Excellent attention to work/life balance, competitive benefits, positive atmosphere, and one heck of a cafeteria at the World HQ.

      Cons

      IT quite siloed, many disparate processes at work, producing different teams with varying degrees of efficiency, communication, etc. After-effects of rapid, mass growth still felt within many app systems patched together, but progress is being made here as well.
