      Pros

      They are a growing company, so your paycheck is very secure. Tuition assistance is pretty good.

      Cons

      When I have an idea or some feedback for management, I just get lip service and a smile. They have brilliantly found a way to squeeze ever last ounce of energy I have to offer in a day. On my days off I genuinly need the whole day to rest my legs and feet. The Charge nurse complains at the end of the day that she has too much stuff to do to help, but spends most of the day gabbing on the phone... it's the way management operates around here.

      love my teamates and patients at facility

      understaffed !!!!!! poor and unfair pay practices inequitable male vs female, years experience mean squat lack of sufficient stock and or meds health benefits expensive favoritism no salary increases pumitive if you have any issues that you try to question

      Pros

      Work with a awesome group of people. Patients are family here, lots of love and respect.

      Cons

      No established wage scale, employees are not paid by job performance, experience or dedication but by how well you brown nose the management. Clinical goals are set to fail, who ever makes them has never worked at the clinic level as goals are not even possible in the real world.
