The core values are not just words on paper like many employers, they are real and alive. As a manager, my performance review includes feedback on how I live the core values in my role at DaVita. I love the autonomy and challenge my role provides. A job is what you make of it, at DaVita once proven credible and competent you will be offered more interesting projects and opportunities. Top performers are differentiated here which I love. If you are an "A" player who typically competes against "C" players, this environment will be an adjustment for you. You learn more when surrounded by a higher caliber of talent. I've taken many valuable leadership lessons away from DaVita, I would be lying if I didn't admit those inspirations and lessons have also helped me in my non work life. There is no perfect company, or job - but I am very happy in my role and glad I choose DaVita 4 years ago
