mean girl energy- very clique oriented - as an RN you spend your entire orientation training as a tech- which is a task that you may do - 5-6 times a shift not even treated like a nurse training on the floor does not correlate with computer training horrible shifts- no work life balance - in at 4 am - end time not set- based upon census many times you are not even getting 40 hrs per week
