Davitas mission is to be best provider and employer of choice but in reality they are the worst employer. They work their teams long hours with minimal breaks, The only recognition for doing a good job is a damn Core value pin. Who the heck needs a small pin. They place unattainable goals on their administrators and punish them when they don't succeed. This is not a company who lives up to what they preach. They spend millions on FA yearly meetings and only give 1% increases to the floor staff. My advice DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Pay below standards. Raises, non-existence for facility staff. Regional Managers and above living high on the hog, while 'teammates' barely living paycheck to paycheck. Waste of time and money carting the same people to meetings around the country. Really....retreats at football stadiums for facility administrators? Long hours. Unsafe, unclean facilities because staff have no time to properly clean. Assembly line approach to health care. Expensive benefits, with a big hit if you don't complete wellness. NO 401k/retirement options. The Triple Crown Reward incentive is a joke! Unattainable, and not focused on individual centers. Unless you're job is in Denver, then CEO (oh, I mean the 'mayor') then you're getting state of the art center, perks, volleyball games and plenty of time to 'volunteer.' No input from staff on goal setting. No leadership, only numbers.
