      Pros

      Davita have great environment and culture. Employees at DaVita are very cooperative and professional. Managers are so supportive and leave employees enough room for learning and creativity. I had my first job in software development at DaVita and it was one of the most fruitful experiences in my life. I would recommend DaVita as a place to work to anyone.

      Cons

      I have not noticed even a single downside working at DaVita.
