Pros

Everyone is passionate about what they do, and it really keeps motivation at a high. Whether or not you are on the same team, folks will always be ready to give a hand, because everyone wants Daasity to be the best. There is a lot of room for growth; always something new to learn or get your hands on.

Cons

Startup environment = culture is still being built, and processes are being structured. Be ready to be flexible, and you'll be fine.

Pros

Founders are super smart, but also down to earth, approachable and friendly Truly changing how companies can access and use data in order to grow - it's an exciting time to be part of it!

Cons

Not a ton of benefits as still a startup, but they're working on it.

Pros

Unlimited PTO is a nice benefit

Cons

This place is a mess. All of the employees who know the product have left, excluding the former CEO. The company has secured additional funding but as a result has a board that has taken the steering wheel. Culture is terrible, people are not helpful. Slacks take forever to be answered, customers hate the product, and now there is an abundance of people who can document and escalate problems and a shortage of people who can actually solve them.
